Either Artsvik or Martha to become Armenia's delegate at Eurovision 2017
Public TV Company music project “Depi Evratesil” second Semi Final summed up the results: Artsvik and Martha will continue further struggle in this contest. The finalist’s name will be announced on December 24th during Finale livestream.
Final results were formed by international jury and sms voting.
The overall picture is as follows: based on jury and sms votes, Artsivk took 62 points, thus leading the list, Martha with 61 points, comes second, while Suzanna Melkonyan (54) and Egine (43) took third and fourth places, respectively.
Maximum of points international jury gave to contestants was 4. International jury was chaired by renowned Swedish producer, director of "Melodifestivalen" contest Christer Björkman, who had arrived in Armenia to participate in “Depi Evratesil” project shooting. The remaining 10 jury members are music industry representatives from different European countries, who are directly attached to “Eurovision”. They are: Sacha Jean-Baptiste from Sweden, Olga Salamakha from Belarus, Audrius Giržadas from Lithuania, Mart Normet from Estonia,Nodiko Tatishvili and Sopho Gelovani from Georgia, Klitos Klitou from Cyprus, Gordon Bonello from Malta, Joana Levieva from Bulgaria, as well as popular “Wiwibloggs” international Eurovision website expert-journalist William Lee Adams.
As a result of total points from the internaitoanl jury, 35 points goes to Artsvik, 30 points - to Suzanna Melkonyan, 24 - to Egine and 21 points to Martha.
What concerns sms voting, we have a slightly different picture. “Depi Evratesil” project sms voting was implemented by “Nikita Mobile”. Based on voting results from Armenia and Artsakh, 40 points goes to Martha, 27 points - to Artsvik, 24 - to Suzanna Melkonyan and 19 points to Egine.
As in case of other Public TV Company projects, this time too, the SMS voting proceeds will be directed to “If All” program for charity purposes.
“Depi Evratesil” project winner will be announced on December 24th.
