National Selection of Junior Eurovision  2011

If you want to take part in Junior Eurovision and represent Armenia in this international song contest , please follow the participation rules and send your application till August 20, 2011.

• In JESC eligible artists are 10-15 year old children, who are RA citizens of republic or have been resident in RA for at least 2.5 years.
• Song, taking part in JESC should be 2.30- 2.45 minutes long.
• The Song should be only in Armenian language; however a few lines in a foreign language are permitted.
• At least one of the performers (if not being lead singers, should still appear on stage as backing dancers/singers/instrumentalists) aged 10 to 15 should take active part in process of writing and composing the contest entry. However, since 2008 the rules allow adults to officially help children in the process, provided that song rights still remain solely with children in JESC which do not allow former international final participants (excluding backing dancer/singers) to enter JESC once again.
• In JESC eligible number of artists on stage is 6.
• Prerecorded backing vocals are allowed in JESC
• International final participants of former JESC (excluding backing dancer/singers) are not allowed to enter JESC once again.
