The only ballad in Armenian National Selection is the song “Good-bye” by Martin Kesici, Star Search Winner 2003 and famous Rock musician from Germany.

“The Song is about a relationship, in that case it doesnt matter if it is a big love that someone lost, or a good friend or family member. I think the song is very personal and intimate,so it can reach the Heart of the Audience. Everyone of us knows this situations,that i describe in this song. I think,that it is Time for a good Ballad at the Eurovision. Like I said before...Ballades can reach everyone of us. It doesn’t matter if someone likes Rock or Pop music. A ballad is timeless and got no boundaries in music styles. It’s time for a good Ballad to win the Grand Prix. And I think that Emmy fits perfect with her voice. She can transport the feelings in this song and will touch the soul of everyone who is listening to this song”, says Martin Kesici.
